Catering

Hors d’ouevers:
- Our beautiful “waterfall of hors d’ouevers” – a variety of cheeses and vegetables cascading down a tiered façade, with a variety of crackers – topped with fresh fruit if in season

Beverages - Coffee, iced tea and water, sweet tea and flavored lemonade
Full Service, including China, flatware, stemware, linen tablecloths to the floor, with your choice of colored linen napkins. Chair covers with your choice of colored sash.
Floral
- Choice of 3 different centerpieces, from which the bride may choose, or a combination of the three
- Centerpiece for each table and 3 for the bridal table
- Cake table and guest book table decorations
- Lighted arch or gazebo
- Netting over center of room with decorations determined by the bride
- Bride’s choice of flowers and colors (additional charge for calla lilies, orchids and tropical flowers and lights in the ceiling netting)
- Delivery, setup and removal.
Hall Rental
Our 15,000 square foot Banquet Hall seats up to 1,000 and the 6,000 square foot Atrium provides ample space for dramatic entrance decorations! Our facility features a full Catering Kitchen (which includes 2 stand-up coolers, freezer, ice machine, 20′ serving table, and sink), 550 chairs, 100 6′ rectangular tables, 8 large round tables, Portable Bar, Portable Stages - 8’x8′ or 8’x16′, PA system for the entire complex, any area or all areas.
Package includes full access to the facility from Friday through Sunday the weekend of your rental.
Cost
$115 per person, 150-guest minimum.
